Shipping & Delivery
An estimated delivery time is displayed on each product page. Upon placing your order, you will receive an e-mail containing a summary of the order. Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours/2-3 days and delivered within 5-8 business days. Sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. The shipment can be tracked using a link in the e-mail/SMS/Whatsapp notifications. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused by the delay in delivery.
Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange the products ordered, kindly raise an exchange request by clicking here.
We arrange for a reverse pick up upon receipt of the exchange request in most of the cases. In some cases due to unvailability of courier services/unforseen circumstances you may be required to send the item on your own.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchage request.
The exchange is subject to quality check of product returned and upon approval of exchange request, new product is shipped within 2-3 days of request being approved.
