Shipping & Delivery

An estimated delivery time is displayed on each product page. Upon placing your order, you will receive an e-mail containing a summary of the order. Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours/2-3 days and delivered within 5-8 business days. Sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. The shipment can be tracked using a link in the e-mail/SMS/Whatsapp notifications. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused by the delay in delivery.

Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange the products ordered for any reason, kindly raise a return/refund request.

You can return an order by clicking Return in the Orders section on the My Account page. (Click here to access the My Account dashboard).

(Don’t worry if you have not created an account with us before placing an order, the account is created automatically when you place an order with us. An e-mail containing the account details such as account name, default password and link to change the account password is sent along with the order confirmation e-mail. Alternatively, you can access your account using the log-in with OTP option by entering the mobile number used for placing the order. )

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request and refund status.

The amount refunded is credited to the original payment mode within 5-7 banking days.

We offer a full refund under our Exchange Policy and upon credit of the refund amount in the original payment mode, you can place a new order again.
