Shipping & Delivery

At present, we sell and deliver only within the state of Rajasthan.
By placing an order, you confirm that the billing and delivery address is in Rajasthan.

Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours/2-3 days and delivered within 5-8 business days. Sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. The shipment can be tracked using a link given in the e-mail/SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused by the delay in delivery.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, torn, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange. Kindly raise an exchange request by clicking here.

Exchanges are accepted only in cases of product damage or manufacturing defects. We do not offer exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind.

Once an exchange request is raised, we usually arrange a reverse pickup. However, in certain situations—such as courier service unavailability or unforeseen circumstances—you may be requested to ship the product back to us at your own cost (The expenses shall be reimbursed to you in form of the coupon codes).

After we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

Upon successful quality check and approval, the replacement product will be shipped within 2–3 working days.
